Donations
Epping Forest District Museum has been a vital part of the local community since 1974. By donating your time or financial support to the museum, you will help ensure that we remain an integral part of the community for many years to come.
You can make donations in person at the museum, by BACS (contact the museum for details), by cheque (details below), by donating via our CAFDonate page or by leaving a legacy.

Leaving a Financial Legacy
Epping Forest District Museum CIO is always grateful for legacies, no matter the size, and they significantly impact our work. Leaving a bequest to a cause you care about is a meaningful way to create a lasting memorial to your support. A gift to the Epping Forest District Museum CIO (charity number 1204614) through a legacy will help us secure our position within the West Essex community for years to come.

Rest assured that your inquiry will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Bequests can be pecuniary (one-off sum) or residual (remaining amount minus gifts/debts) and there are several ways to arrange them, including adding a codicil to your existing Will. We recommend consulting with a solicitor to fully understand your options and to create a bequest that aligns with your wishes.
You are not obligated to inform us if you choose to remember the Epping Forest District Museum CIO in your Will. However, if you do decide to share this with us, it would allow us to keep in touch and show our gratitude by inviting you and your family to special events and keeping you updated on our exciting future plans.

Volunteering in the Garden

Volunteer to help nurture the museum’s garden.
Gardening is great for your physical and mental health, so join us to sow, grow, dig and learn as part of an amazing team of volunteers. Perfect for those who have no garden but would like one. No experience necessary.
