Community Group Visit
We tell the story of the people and events that shaped the Epping Forest District of Essex, from 12.000 BC to the present.
During the visit, you’ll explore a selection of our 75,000+ object collection, including fine and applied art, jewellery, costume and textiles, the internationally significant Waltham Abbey Bible, ‘King Harold’s battle axe’, and a woolly mammoth tusk.
What’s included?
- A one hour guided visit to the museum, including behind the scenes, for up to 30 people
- A talk, tour, or hands on activity based on your group’s needs and interests.
Available Monday to Saturday, prices starting at £40 per hour.
